During the period from June 2018 to the end of May 2019, there were a total of four violators scored 5 points, which was a significant decrease from 11 violators in the last cycle. The violators in the last cycle had no violation occured again. People¡¯s unsafe behavior has been effectively controlled and the effect is obvious.
